Apparently, we need to let the various IRC servers know that we are going
to put on a conference so that they can increase the number of sessions
permitted from the hotel's block of IP addresses. ;-)
Thanx, Paul

Hi, yes, I have already added this exception.
If at all possible, try and remember to contact OFTC (and Freenode for
that matter) before your conference starts. The only information we
need is the start and end dates for the conference, as well as any IPs
or IP blocks that might be in use by attendees during the conference.
OFTC is always happy to add these exceptions, and wants to make sure
your attendees have a quality experience for the duration of your
conference.
Thanks for getting in contact with us, and of course thanks for using OFTC!

PS -- If you're aware of any upcoming conferences that might also need
accommodations on OFTC please don't hesitate to let us know so we can
seek out the pertinent information.
